Sinster, cold-hearted assassins and warriors, the Tougin were created to strike fear into the hearts of those that stood against them in battle. Since released of Toug’s influence, they now strive to rid themselves of the reputation of their ancestry.

The Tougin are 5 foot tall reptilian humanoids, with a dragon-like prehensile tail and large talons on each of their three, thick toes. Their horned faces are a twisted combination of human and dragon that most other races find unbearable to look at for long, and therefore they have minimal interaction with other races. They have dragon-like wings, but they are typically too small to maintain real flight. Their skin is scaled, and is either red, blue, green, or black.
