Following the Fey War, the Great Dragons blessed the nobility of the Kin with magical Seals. Manifesting as a cryptic tattoo across the chest, the Seals gave an unnatural skill to the bearer, possibly granting skill with a blade, or possibly making the bearer an exceptional chef. The possibilities were unpredictable, but any Seal granted the bearers a status of nobility among the Ancient Kingdoms of the Kin.
Dying out with time among the Kin, the magic of the Seals was refreshed with the addition of Lythrain and Penshalt blood among the Graykin, and the Seals flourished again.
Are Seals still considered a sign of nobility? How common are they?
